I forged this knife from an old file. I wanted something lightweight and portable, but strong; both so this knife would handle travel well. I kept as much of the original file texture as I could along with the hammer textures from stretching the heel of the blade out wide and thin. I also kept the tang of the file and forged it into a decorative scroll. The handle is purple dyed and stabilized maple burl wit brass and mosaic pins. This knife will come with a fitted kydex sheath.
