Not sure what I should call this one, but this is the Pittsburgh Chefs Knife, the Yinz Knife, the Nebby Petty, the Slippy Slicer! 52100 high carbon steel blade. The handle is yellow dyed and stabilized spalted maple with a black canvas micarta bolster. Black g10 liners and pins with a mosaic pin in the center for extra pop. I’ve been wanting to do some locally themed knives for a loooong time. So happy to finally get one under my belt!
