This is a slightly smaller, much lighter and more maneuverable Santoku I made. The heel of the blade is around 1 5/8” wide and the blade length is about 5.5”. The handle is some high contrast, stabilized, and green dyed spalted maple. Brass and mosaic pins. This knife is perfect for home chefs, but would fit in well in a professionals knife roll.
